These services are provided by independent professional editors who assist writers by contracting to review their written works and providing one or more of the following: Writers, publishers and other AuthorConnect visitors can use the Writing Services Databank to help find ghostwriters, script writers, grant writers, news writers, resume writers, speech writers, and other writing services they need. Review containing opinions about the quality of the work. A positive review can be used by the writer to promote a written work and can be added to an AuthorConnect Registry entry. Short or long written reviews can be requested. Critique containing a detailed written literary analysis suitable for helping the writer improve the work. ValueGrade� containing numerical scores for 12 different literary attributes of fiction and 14 different attributes of non-fiction, technical or professional books. ValueGrade� is based on criteria developed by AuthorConnect and helps to standardize the quality of the work. ValueGrade� is an effective way to enhance a review, and helps to level the playing field for self-published and subsidy-published writers versus royalty publishers. Review: Short written review (approximately 250 words) $150. In-depth review (approximately 500 words) $300. Critique: $325. ValueGrade� $150.


Anyone can search AuthorConnect�s Reviews, Critiques and ValueGrade� free to find a professional reviewer. If services are requested, a fee is charged. Fees are the same for written works of any length.
